Job Overview:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Actively promote and sell our FMCG products to hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses within Surat.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring profitability.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain expert knowledge of the product range and its applications to provide the best solutions to clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance updates to the management team.
Promotions & Campaigns:
Actively participate in sales promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns to boost sales.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on sales to hotels, restaurants, and other food service establishments.
Education:
Graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Skills & Expertise:

Proven track record of sales achievement in the FMCG sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and work independently.
Strong understanding of the local market in Surat.
Expert in product placement, sales strategies, and business development in the food service industry.
