FMCG Field Sales Executive

Being an international player & with our innovative, rational, principled & responsible approach we wish to create our own space in Agro business.   We are looking for an energetic and result- driven Sales Representative to expand our FMCG Distributor base and maintain strong client relationships catering to Retail, Corporate, and Gifting markets.   Key Responsibilities: Identify & approach potential customers including retail shops, supermarkets, corporate offices, and gifting companies.  Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure repeat sales.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Present & explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Negotiate deals and close sales orders.  Collect market intelligence on competitors' products, prices, and offers.  Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.  Coordinate with the warehouse for smooth product delivery.  Maintain accurate sales records and report to the management regularly.    Requirements:  Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or food products (dry fruits experience preferred).  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Self-motivated & target-oriented.  Basic knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp for reporting & communication.  Willingness to travel within assigned territory.  Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
