Job Requirements:

• Need an FMCG - Experienced Field Sales Executives in Odisha with a proven track record, driven, target-focused, and result-oriented.
• Must have a Bike with Two-wheeler license
• Should be willing to travel across any locations within Odisha as per company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distributor/retailer network in the assigned area
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and secondary sales
• Monitor competitors and provide insights
• Report and coordinate with the sales manager
• Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel within the territory

Note: Freshers or candidates from non-FMCG backgrounds need not apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
