Job Description

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

Flutter & Dart

Expertise in Flutter SDK and Dart programming language

Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS

Understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)

UI/UX design implementation using Material Design and Cupertino widgets

Custom plugin development and platform channel integration

Mobile App Development (Android/iOS)

Strong knowledge of mobile development lifecycle and app publishing

Native integrations with Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

Experience with background processes, notifications, permissions, and sensors

Performance optimization, memory management, and app security

API Integration & Backend Connectivity

RESTful API & GraphQL integration

Secure authentication flows (OAuth, Firebase Auth, JWT)

Realtime data handling using WebSockets and Firebase Realtime Database

Integration with third-party SDKs like Google Maps, payment gateways, etc.

Testing & Debugging

Unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing in Flutter

Debugging using DevTools and native platform tools

Crash analytics and bug tracking with Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics

DevOps & Deployment

Publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Experience with CI/CD tools for Flutter (Codemagic, GitHub Actions)

App versioning, signing, and release management

Knowledge of Firebase for hosting, analytics, messaging, and functions

Version Control & Collaboration

Proficient with Git, GitHub, GitLab

Agile development practices, Jira or similar project management tools

Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring juniors

Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

Translate business requirements into well-architected mobile solutions

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers

Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

Mentor junior Flutter developers and review their code

Deploy and maintain apps in production across Android and iOS platforms

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies

Maintain versioned, modular, and testable codebase
