Flutter Engineer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and build Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Dart code following established standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain smooth functionality across various devices.
• Implement modern UI/UX designs with a focus on responsiveness and device compatibility.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app features and performance.
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and updates in Flutter and mobile development.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Focus on app performance, security, and user satisfaction through continuous improvements.
• Assist with app deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store (preferred).
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Strong command of the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Bloc.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Awareness of the latest Flutter releases, tools, and development techniques.
• Prior experience in app deployment processes is an added advantage.
