About The Role

Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality Flutter applications for Android iOS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best development practices.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase, third-party libraries, and cloud services.
• Optimize app performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter Dart.
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and version control (Git).
• Solid grasp of mobile app architecture and clean code principles.
• Proven track record of apps published on Play Store / App Store.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.
• Exposure to backend or cloud technologies.
