Anticipate risks (e.g., bottlenecks, downtime) and implement preventive measures. Mandatory Requirements: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in MEAN/MERN stacks, including: MongoDB: Schema design, aggregation pipelines, sharding, replication. Node.js: REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware, asynchronous processing. Angular/React: State management, component lifecycle, performance tuning. Proven expertise in Agile sprint management, resource tracking, and deadline-driven delivery. Experience upgrading Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB in production environments. Leadership skills with a track record of managing teams (8–10 members). Strong grasp of microservices, event-driven architecture, and scalability patterns.
