Experience: 3 to 7 Years Responsibilities: Analyze and define construction software product requirements Provide a clear communication interface between technical teams and customers Research and integrate industry-leading product management practices specifically suited to B2B SaaS environments, enhancing product quality and market competitiveness Lead the implementation of software products for the construction teams Empathy toward the understanding of user requirements and preferences Prepare demo projects of different construction types and conduct product demonstrations Interacting with clients on requirements Effectively identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications: A graduate (B.Tech. or equivalent) in civil engineering A people person, who thrives in an agile culture A natural manager, who is always on top of the work given to them Strong communication skills both in written & spoken English, good semantic skills, and the ability to understand situations and act accordingly Ability to work in a team through coordination and clear communication Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments Show more Show less
