Job Title: Flutter Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 1–3 years of experience to build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flutter, Firebase, and app deployment on the Play Store and App Store.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/XD) into responsive and high-quality UI code.
• Build and integrate APIs, Firebase services, and push notifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Debug and optimize app performance (speed, memory usage, UI rendering).
• Manage end-to-end app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with the team using Git for version control.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Flutter/Dart development.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android app lifecycle.
• Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, Push Notifications).
• Familiarity with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience in publishing and maintaining live apps on Play Store/App Store.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of MVC/MVVM patterns.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
