Job Description

Job Purpose

To design, develop, and deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The role requires building scalable, maintainable solutions, ensuring performance, and collaborating effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using Flutter and Dart.
Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable code with strong focus on testing and debugging.
Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers for end-to-end feature delivery.
Ensure apps meet quality, performance, and security standards.
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement practices.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience
: 3 5 years in mobile app development.
Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
Hands-on experience in cross-platform development (Android & iOS).
Solid understanding of code quality, testing, and debugging.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams.

Good-to-Have (Plus Points)

Experience with state management tools (Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX).
Knowledge of App Store & Play Store deployment processes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
