Identify process gaps, suggest automation/improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing and trading environments. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets and process documentation tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
