Flutter Developer

to join our engineering team at the SDE-2/3 level. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-quality mobile applications, ensuring smooth performance and exceptional user experiences across both Android and iOS platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to deliver new features.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing mobile applications.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

3-8 years of software development experience.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle (iOS & Android).
Solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and libraries.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management.
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Go, or similar).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Play Store.
Background in fast-paced startup environments with scalable apps.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
