Flutter Developer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 3+ years of experience in building high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining apps that deliver smooth, performant, and visually stunning user experiences on both Android and iOS.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into elegant, functional, and scalable mobile applications that align with Kodelint’s standards of excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Work with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for data integration.
• Convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter UIs.
• Implement complex UI/UX features, animations, and state management solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize app performance across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain proper documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development with published apps on the Play Store or App Store.
• Strong proficiency in Dart language and Flutter SDK.
• Experience with state management frameworks such as Provider, Bloc or Riverpod.
• Proficiency in building responsive UI layouts and custom widgets.
• Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Analytics).
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, including MVC/MVVM patterns.
• Experience integrating third-party packages, SDKs, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Git and working with repositories on GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools.

Good to Have:

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
• Familiarity with App Store and Play Store deployment workflows.
• Experience with local databases (SQLite / Drift).
• Understanding of Clean Architecture and unit testing principles.
