Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart. You will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX or MobX etc.
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, REST APIs and Third party libraries.
• Solid understanding of native Android/iOS development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in publishing and maintaining large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to modular architecture and clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Good Understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
