Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. As a senior developer, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in coding and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with a strong focus on performance.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and SDKs into mobile applications.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement responsive UI designs and ensure compatibility across devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter/Dart trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–4 years of experience in mobile app development, with 2+ years in Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.
• Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.).
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects are an advantage.
