Flutter Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Flutter Developer with 1–2 years of experience in cross-platform mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, a good understanding of mobile app fundamentals, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Flutter-based cross-platform mobile applications.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into responsive and high-performance Flutter widgets.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON data, and third-party Flutter packages.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Assist with debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
• Participate in code reviews while following clean coding standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and app releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with backend developers for API integration and feature implementation.
• Stay current with the latest Flutter frameworks, tools, and mobile trends.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in mobile development using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and basic design patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and third-party plugins.
• Exposure to Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of mobile app build processes and store deployment procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

Preferred / Added Advantages

• Working knowledge of Node.js for backend development is an added advantage.
• Exposure to React.js or other modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with Clean Architecture or modular Flutter project structures.
• Familiarity with Flutter testing frameworks (unit, widget, or integration testing).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development is advantageous.
