Floor Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Ensure all processes and instructions from the production in-charge are implemented and followed strictly. · Supervise day-to-day production activities and machine operations on the shop floor. · Monitor and maintain productivity, quality, and discipline on the floor. · Ensure the daily production reports are accurately filled and submitted . · Maintain and verify physical stock in/out , ensuring proper documentation and traceability. · Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and quality departments for smooth operations. · Handle manpower allocation and shift activities efficiently. · Identify and report any issues or delays in production to the in-charge. · Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols on the production floor. Qualifications & Requirements: · Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment . · Strong knowledge of machine operations, production tracking, and shop floor supervision. · Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts . · Good communication skills. · Basic knowledge of reporting and inventory control. · Physically fit and disciplined to handle shop floor duties.
