Floor Manager - Tanishq

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer experience at Tanishq Jewellery. The Floor Manager will supervise the sales team, manage floor activities, and drive sales targets while maintaining Tanishq’s service standards and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall floor operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service experience with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and special requests with professionalism.
• Monitor product displays, stock replenishment, and floor merchandising as per Tanishq guidelines.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign floor duties, and ensure team discipline.
• Coordinate with inventory and back-end teams for stock availability.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle VIP customers and assist in special sales events and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in jewellery retail is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
