Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically active Marketing Team coordinator to support our shoe distribution campaign across schools in Chennai. The role involves assisting the marketing and logistics team with the loading, unloading, organizing, and delivery of school shoes, ensuring smooth operations and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading shoe stock from delivery vehicles at warehouses and school locations.
Travel with the marketing team to various schools across Chennai.
Set up distribution counters and help organize shoes as per school/class/size.
Support the marketing team in on-ground execution, such as coordinating with school authorities, distributing shoes, and collecting acknowledgments.
Maintain inventory records during distribution and help reconcile stock.
Handle shoes and packaging with care to avoid damage.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution site.
Follow safety protocols during handling and transportation.

Requirements:

Willing to travel extensively within Chennai.
Punctual, responsible, and a good team player.
Basic knowledge of Tamil (preferred) for easy communication in schools.
Prior experience in loading/unloading, logistics, Retail or fieldwork is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
