We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager who can effectively handle and motivate the sales team, ensure smooth day-to-day floor operations, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer-handling experience, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales floor
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to improve results
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly
Assign duties, prepare shift schedules, and manage attendance
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock availability
Coordinate with inventory and back-end teams to avoid stock shortages
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Ensure company policies, discipline, and store SOPs are followed
Support management in promotions, campaigns, and new product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Sales Supervisor / Team Leader
Experience in handling and managing a sales team
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with good negotiation and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and sales reports
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Experience in retail / showroom / corporate sales is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
