Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Finished Goods Inventory Management

• Manage daily inventory of all finished products across categories.
• Maintain accurate inward/outward stock entries in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliation, and report shortages.
• Ensure proper SKU segregation, labelling, and organized storage.

2. Grey & White Fabric Inventory

• Manage inward, storage, and issuance of grey and white fabric.
• Track fabric stock levels and alert for shortages.
• Maintain fabric movement logs with accuracy.

3. Fabric Quality Control (QC)

• Inspect all incoming fabrics for weaving defects, stains, color issues, and shrinkage.
• Approve only quality-checked fabric for production teams.
• Maintain QC reports and rejection logs.

4. Shipping & Dispatch Team Handling

• Supervise daily work of packing and dispatch staff.
• Ensure correct SKU picking, packing standards, and packaging quality.
• Ensure brand-specific packing compliance (Ridhi / Thefabricrush / Fabricraft).
• Train team on SOPs and reduce shipment errors.

5. Daily Shipment Tracking

• Manage and track daily shipments across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Faire, Wholesale, etc.
• Maintain shipment logs and share end-of-day reports.
• Coordinate courier pickups and resolve exceptions.

6. Amazon FBA Shipments (Major Responsibility)

• Handle complete Amazon FBA workflow for

  air and sea shipments

  .
• Create FBA shipments, carton labels, pallet labels, and ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for booking, documentation, pickup, and customs requirements.
• Track shipments till final delivery and update FBA stock-in-progress reports.
• Maintain records of freight cost, carton dimensions, packing list, etc.

7. Warehouse & Stock Coordination

• Maintain smooth stock flow between inward, storage, QC, and dispatch zones.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory MIS and support monthly audits.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

8. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain all reports: inventory, QC, shipment, inward/outward logs, freight records.
• Highlight critical issues such as fabric quality failures, low stock, or shipment delays.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for all dispatch and FBA shipments.

Experience Requirements

• 37 years

  ’ experience in Inventory, Dispatch, or Warehouse Management.

• Minimum 2 years

  of hands-on

  Amazon FBA (air & sea) shipment handling

  .
• Experience managing

  large SKU inventory (3000–8000+ SKUs)

  .
• Prior experience in

  textiles or home furnishings

  preferred.
• Must have worked with

  freight forwarders, CHA, and courier partners

  .
• Experience leading

  5–15-member dispatch/packing teams

  .
• Knowledge of

  barcode systems, carton labelling, and ecommerce packaging standards

  .
• Experience in

  fabric QC

  preferred.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B. Com / BBA / B.Sc. / B.Tech Textile / Industrial).
• Diploma in Textile Technology or Inventory/Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong skills in

  Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory/ERP tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  Amazon Seller Central

  .
• Strong communication (English & Hindi), problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and discipline.
