We’re Hiring: Experienced Floor Manager – Agartala Showroom Swarnakamal Jewellers is looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our Agartala showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth showroom functioning, maintain discipline, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily showroom activities Ensure excellent customer experience and staff performance Maintain inventory discipline and sales floor standards Handle team coordination and operational reporting Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom or retail management (jewellery sector preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage staff and ensure operational efficiency Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
