Floor Manager

As a Floor Manager, your role involves ensuring that all floor requirements are met. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing staff efficiently by delegating duties and ensuring that they are well-trained for their assigned roles. - Finding new ways to improve the store and meet customer demand. - Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery & retail background. - Fluency in Hindi & Odia, ability to write mails, and proficiency in Excel. Please note that the job type is Full-time with a day shift schedule at the work location in Rourkela. This position requires in-person work.
