Job Title: Floor Manager – Jewellery Showroom Location: Patna Showroom size: 4000sq,foot and 6000 sq.foot (2 showrooms ) Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Accommodation: Provided by the company Industry: Jewellery Retail Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in retail, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations of our premium jewellery showroom in Patna. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth team coordination, and strong sales performance while maintaining high showroom standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the floor staff, including sales executives and support personnel Ensure top-tier customer service and address customer queries and complaints effectively Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies Monitor and maintain showroom aesthetics, display arrangements, and cleanliness Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service etiquette Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the inventory team for stock management Handle billing, returns, and other customer-related documentation Generate daily/weekly reports for senior management on sales performance and customer feedback Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and standard operating procedures Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in retail management is a plus 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office tools Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused Perks & Benefits: Competitive monthly salary (₹50,000 – ₹60,000) Free accommodation provided by the company Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a reputed and growing brand in the jewellery industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Where are you located ?
