Job Description

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the jewellery showroom floor. They ensure excellent customer service, supervise sales staff, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience. Guide customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and budget. Handle high-value sales transactions with accuracy and integrity. Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise floor sales executives. Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance. Motivate the team to achieve sales targets. Floor Operations: Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery on the floor. Ensure all products are accurately tagged and priced. Coordinate with the back office for stock replenishment. Inventory & Security: Conduct regular stock audits with the inventory team. Monitor CCTV and ensure compliance with security protocols. Report any discrepancies or issues to management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
