Floor Manager

You are looking for a friendly and responsible individual to join your team as a Floor Manager & Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a positive experience at the front desk while also handling basic customer calls and marketing follow-ups. Responsibilities: - Greet and attend to customers and visitors at the reception. - Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries. - Make outbound calls for customer updates and basic marketing purposes. - Maintain showroom. - Perform basic data entry and update customer information using computer systems. - Support day-to-day office activities as needed. Requirements: - Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, internet). - Good communication skills in languages like English and Hindi. - Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
