Job Description

As a Floor Manager & Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for visitors and customers. You will be responsible for greeting and attending to customers and visitors at the reception, handling incoming phone calls, making outbound calls for customer updates and basic marketing purposes, maintaining the showroom, performing basic data entry, updating customer information, and supporting day-to-day office activities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and attend to customers and visitors at the reception. - Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries. - Make outbound calls for customer updates and basic marketing purposes. - Maintain showroom. - Perform basic data entry and update customer information using computer systems. - Support day-to-day office activities as needed.
