Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations, manage staff, ensure a smooth customer experience, and maintain operational standards. The role involves supervising team members, monitoring daily activities, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal departments for efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily floor operations.
• Supervise, guide, and support floor staff.
• Ensure professional service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Security, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Conduct staff training and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and disciplined work environment.
• Review floor performance and recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in Operations / Facility / Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service or Supervisory role.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel required).
• Leadership ability and people management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Age: 30+

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,035.05 - ₹35,921.33 per month
