Job Description

The Café Floor Manager will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service, high customer satisfaction, and effective staff coordination in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day floor operations with focus on quick and efficient service.
Supervise service staff, assign duties, and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with a polite, customer-friendly approach.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest handling.
Monitor service-related inventory and report any shortages promptly.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and café SOP standards.

Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in café or restaurant floor supervision.
Strong communication skills with a courteous and guest-oriented attitude.
Ability to manage peak hours and multitask efficiently.
Knowledge of POS systems and café operations.

Other Requirements

Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Professional, punctual, and capable of leading a diverse team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
