Floor Incharge

As a Floor In-charge at our company located in Greater Noida, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the smooth execution of daily business floor operations. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in ensuring the efficiency and adherence to company protocols while maintaining a focus on inventory management, team coordination, and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include learning and executing daily operational processes, coordinating with team members to assign tasks, ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are followed, training and guiding floor staff, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports and presentations for management. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, strong organizational and time-management skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, the capacity to lead by example and collaborate with a team, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and a keen attention to detail with a commitment to upholding high standards. While a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, it is not mandatory. Prior experience in a similar operational or floor-level role is advantageous but not required.
