Floor Incharge

The job involves managing technical employees and teams in a task-oriented manner to foster team spirit. You will be responsible for reviewing service documents to understand customer requirements and concerns. It is important to ensure clear communication by confirming your understanding of work instructions provided by service advisors. Providing accurate time estimations to service advisors is crucial, taking into account product updates, customer needs, parts availability, and workload. Efficiently allocating vehicles based on technician skills, bay availability, and planning timelines in advance of the promised delivery time set by service advisors is a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma (Preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in the automobile industry and 5 years of experience as a floor incharge (Preferred).
