• Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Managing patient care services and resources efficiently.
• Addressing patient concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and healthcare practices.
• Managing the allocation of resources like staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensuring the availability of necessary resources for patient care.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment on the floor.
• Serving as a communication link between staff, patients, and other departments.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve patient care and overall hospital operations.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

Qualification: Bachelor's in Hospital Management / Graduation

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
