Dhramsaar is a growing e-commerce brand offering spiritual, wellness, and handcrafted products deeply rooted in Indian traditions. We are now expanding our reach via major online marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Flipkart Ads Manager to lead our performance marketing campaigns on Flipkart Ads and manage our growth on quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Flipkart Advertising solutions, campaign optimization, and have hands-on experience with rapid commerce sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Flipkart ad campaigns (PLA, PPC, Product Boost, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute performance strategies tailored for quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the catalogue and design team to ensure high-performing creatives and listings.
  • Run A/B testing on campaigns, audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Coordinate with Flipkart account managers and platform partners for promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze sales, spend reports, and competitor activity to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track category trends and align ad strategy accordingly.
  • Report KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, sales growth, and share of voice weekly/monthly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing, specifically Flipkart Ads.
  • Experience in quick commerce campaign planning and operations is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of tools like Flipkart Advertising Console, Ads Dashboard, etc.
  • Good understanding of marketplace algorithms, keywords, bidding strategies.
  • Self-driven with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, Myntra, or Meesho is a plus.
  • Background in FMCG, grocery, or wellness product categories preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
