Flexi Resource Acquisition Manager

You are a recruiter with experience in managing the complete recruiting cycle and overseeing bulk hiring of blue-collar manpower, specifically ITI Candidates. Your primary responsibilities include designing and implementing the recruiting strategy for Flexi Manpower based on the production team's requirements, resource planning, managing recruitment processes and data, and maintaining a candidate pool using an application tracking system (ATS).
