Fleet Operator – Corporate Car Rental

Role Overview: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Fleet Operator to manage the daily operations of our chauffeur-driven corporate car rental fleet. The role involves driver coordination, vehicle scheduling, client communication, and ensuring smooth, safe, and timely service for all corporate bookings. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Coordinate daily trip assignments with drivers ✔ Maintain vehicle movement records (In–Out, KM usage, billing logs) ✔ Monitor live trips, ensure timely pickups/drop-offs ✔ Communicate with Admin/HR/Travel Desk of corporate clients ✔ Handle emergency vehicle replacements and breakdown support ✔ Maintain fuel logs and ensure timely refueling ✔ Track vehicle insurance, PUC, servicing, and fitness renewals ✔ Assist in onboarding new chauffeurs and fleet vendors ✔ Prepare daily MIS reports and submit to operations head ✔ Ensure high service standards and compliance with company policies Required Skills & Experience: • 1 - 2 years of experience in transport, fleet or operations • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of routes in Pune/Mumbai (if applicable) • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts Education: • Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred Working Hours: G Shift
