Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Management:
Overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and utilized effectively.
Driver Management:
Hiring, training, and managing drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and performance monitoring.
Cost Management:
Monitoring fuel consumption, negotiating contracts with vendors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and implementing safety programs to minimize risks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing fleet performance data, and reporting findings to management.
