Fleet Manager

Role Overview: You will be part of the Mass offline team at PhonePe, focusing on driving PhonePe acceptance at offline merchants in urban and rural markets. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, DSAs, and sales executives. You will need to understand local merchant and customer needs to drive PhonePe transactions based on brand positioning and local requirements. Your responsibility will include setting up and leading the team to achieve acquisition and quality targets. Key Responsibilities: - Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area - Identify, interact, and develop DSAs to drive business in the market - Analyze data, identify improvement areas, and plan market strategies - Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with internal teams - Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes - Monitor quality parameters, validate audits, and ensure compliance Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 campus with a good academic record - 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development - Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing larger teams - Exposure to the startup environment is an added advantage - Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset - Ethical conduct and discretion in customer interactions About PhonePe Limited: PhonePe Limited's portfolio includes distributing financial products and new consumer tech businesses in India.
