Fleet Manager:-· 1. Managing a team of 120-150 Pickup and DeliveryPartners directly on a daily basis Drive Pickup &Delivery Partner efficiency assigned at an individuallevel.·2. Pickup and Delivery Partner attendance to bemaintained basis demand on a daily basis.-Improve and maintain promised delivery times forbetter customer experience.•3. Conduct classroom/field training at an individuallevel for better customer experience.•4. Conduct regular field audits for better complianceamong Pickup and Delivery Partners.•5. Manage and control voluntary attrition and controlabsconders by conducting regular engagementactivities.•6. Provide feedback at the individual level and conductweekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.•7. Ensure excellent customer experience by solvingorder level escalations..8. Support Pickup and Delivery Partners duringemergencies and exigencies.
