📌 Job Title: IM Ops Analyst

📌 Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver reports to internal and external clients, including handling queries and data requests.
  • Maintain daily task lists and coordinate with teams responsible for data inputs.
  • Track all deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met without lapses.
  • Follow maker–checker processes with

    zero tolerance for errors

    .
  • Prepare periodic risk and exception reports for senior management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and functional projects.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for enhancements or issues related to reporting tools.


🛠 Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • Good understanding of

    financial products

    , performance, and cash flows.
  • Basic understanding of the Asset Management business and client requirements.

  • Experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, Asset Management, and Portfolio concepts is mandatory.

✨ Good-to-Have Skills

  • Advanced Excel (Automation, complex formulas, macro knowledge).
  • Exposure to

    Client Reporting

    processes.
