Fixed Income Dealer

As a Fixed Income Dealer at Arete Securities Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the institutional broking team, focusing on corporate bonds and money-market trades within the Fixed Income Market in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades for clients. - Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while also generating new business opportunities. - Identifying client requirements and providing guidance on available assets. - Communicating client requirements to the team, generating relevant prices, and finalizing deals. - Staying updated on market developments both domestic and overseas. - Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements in the debt capital market. Key Skills & Experience required for this role: - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Working knowledge of the Indian Debt Capital Markets. - Sound understanding of financial markets and economic fundamentals. - Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. - Strong interpersonal and people management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. - Self-starter attitude with a willingness to take initiative and responsibility. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, CA, or CFA designation.
