RSL Distilleries is committed to maintaining excellence in quality and operational efficiency in its manufacturing processes. Potential applicants will join a reputable organization with a strong presence in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitter located in Gwalior. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, ensuring machinery operates correctly, conducting regular maintenance, identifying and fixing mechanical faults, and adhering to safety regulations. The role requires maintaining a clean work environment and collaborating with other team members for optimal production efficiency. Qualifications Experience in mechanical fitting and assembling Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Ability to conduct mechanical maintenance and fault diagnosis Understanding of safety protocols and workplace safety regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Relevant vocational training or certification in mechanical fitting is advantageous Previous experience in the manufacturing or distillery industry is a plus Show more Show less
