Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    one-on-one and group training sessions

    tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, rehab, etc.).
  • Perform

    fitness assessments

    and design personalized workout & nutrition guidance.
  • Ensure correct form, technique, and injury-free training for clients.
  • Motivate members to achieve

    fitness milestones

    with consistency and discipline.
  • Drive

    personal training sales & cross-selling of memberships

    where required.
  • Maintain records of client progress and provide regular updates.
  • Stay updated on the latest

    fitness trends, equipment use, and training methodologies.

  • Uphold a professional, approachable, and

    customer-first attitude

    on the gym floor.

Requirements:-


  • Certification:

    ACE, NASM, ISSA, INFS, ACSM, or equivalent recognized certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a

    Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach.

  • Strong knowledge of

    exercise science, nutrition basics, and injury prevention.

  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, energetic environment.
