Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide
technical support
to international customers.
Diagnose and resolve
broadband, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
issues effectively.
Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and configurations.
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution while maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction
.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain call and case logs accurately in CRM tools.
Adhere to quality, performance, and process standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English (neutral accent preferred).
Strong understanding of
networking basics
, routers, modems, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Prior experience in
international voice process
or
technical support (ISP, broadband, or telecom)
preferred.
Ability to handle customers from diverse regions with empathy and professionalism.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working in
rotational shifts
(including night shifts) and
rotational week offs
.

Salary upto 4.2 LPA for experienced candidate
