Key Responsibilities:

Handle calls from UK customers regarding plan inquiries, billing questions, service concerns, and contract renewals.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable upgrades, add-ons, or bundled telecom services.
Use consultative selling techniques to drive upsells and improve customer value.
Address customer complaints, provide effective solutions, and prevent churn.
Negotiate renewal offers, loyalty benefits, and retention plans to maintain customer relationships.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
Achieve monthly sales, retention, and quality targets.
Adhere to process compliance, scripts, and UK telecom regulatory guidelines.
