Brief about the Team :

Our ePharmacy team consists of qualified pharmacists skilled in prescription reading, customer service, and query resolution via voice channels. The team works in rotational shifts, ensuring accurate guidance, strong communication, and excellent customer support at all times.

What will you do:

Verify and process prescriptions accurately in compliance with pharmacy standards.
Assist customers via voice channels, addressing queries and providing medication-related guidance.
Ensure excellent customer service by delivering clear and professional communication.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while reading and interpreting prescriptions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations in the ePharmacy setup.
Work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules to support continuous service availability.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Pharmacist with a D. Pharma or B. Pharma degree.
Excellent prescription reading and interpretation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to resolve customer queries through voice channels efficiently.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an ePharmacy environment.
