Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK customers professionally
  
• Assist customers with telecom-related queries such as:
  
• Mobile and broadband services
  
• Billing, payments, and account issues
  
• Plan upgrades, downgrades, and renewals
  
• Network and connectivity issues
  
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions on the first call
  
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  
• Meet call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
  
• Follow UK compliance, data protection, and company policies
  
• Escalate complex technical or account issues to higher support teams
  
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to understand UK accents clearly
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM systems
  
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
  
• Willingness to work in UK shifts (including evenings/nights)
  
• Graduate or undergraduate (as per company requirements)
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
