Key Responsibilities

Handle
international (UK) customer calls
professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with
telecom services
, including billing, network issues, plan upgrades, and general inquiries.
Provide
accurate information
and ensure
first-call resolution
whenever possible.
Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and quicker issue resolution.
Meet or exceed
daily/weekly performance targets
, including CSAT, AHT, and quality metrics.
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude throughout interactions.
