Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls from UK telecom customers
  
• Assist customers with queries related to mobile, broadband, billing, plans, and technical issues
  
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  
• Provide accurate information about telecom products, services, and offers
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  
• Meet performance targets related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  
• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and UK telecom regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (UK accent preferred)
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to handle calls calmly and professionally
  
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts aligned with UK business hours
