Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Management:

  Process large volumes of data, inputting and updating information accurately into internal systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

• Document Processing:

  Verify, process, and validate documents related to international transactions, contracts, or service agreements.

• Customer Support:

  Provide backend support to customer service teams by addressing inquiries and resolving issues that require further investigation or escalation.

• Reports and Analysis:

  Generate and prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for management, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across international accounts.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in backend operations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure smooth execution of international processes and coordination across teams.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all processes are compliant with international regulations and company policies. Maintain quality control standards and resolve discrepancies as they arise.

• Problem Resolution:

  Investigate and resolve process-related issues, escalating when necessary to the appropriate stakeholders.

• International Market Understanding:

  Stay updated with any changes in international regulations, tax laws, or business processes that could impact backend operations.
