Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics.
Work in
rotational shifts
, including
night shifts
and
rotational week-offs
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal communication skills
in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Good listening and comprehension abilities.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Experience in an
international voice support
process preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
and on
rotational week-offs
.
